Academy & Camps
The MAC Sport Center Academys & Camps provides well-rounded and advanced instructional program, which allows for all levels of campers, from beginners to advanced players.
The MAC instructors all have experience either playing or coaching high school and college sports and will teach the fundamentals of the sport. Each camper will be put through a skills test during their first and last class at in the MAC Academy. A workout program will be provided at the last session which your son or daughter participates in. Our goal is to improve the basic skills so that you son or daughter has a better chance to be successful in their sport.
SUMMER SPORTS CAMP AT THE MAC SPORT CENTER - Boys & Girls Ages 8-12
The Summer Sports Camp is an opportunity for Boys and Girls ages 8-12 to get out of the house this summer and experience sports. Each week we will learn about a sport, then play games and have activities centered around the sport of the week. Sports include Baseball, Basketball, Badminton, Soccer, Softball and Volleyball. On top of that the Summer Sports Camp offers Arts and Crafts, Field Trips(additional fee required), Swim Fridays, Board Games and Healthy Snacks. COACH ANGIE MURPHY'"S OFFENSIVE SKILLS CLINICS - Girls K-8th Grades
Verona Area Girls Head Basketball Coach Angie Murphy will be running her third annual Fall Offensive Skills Clinics at The MAC Sport Center. Coach Murphy will focus on Ball Handling, Passing and Shooting skill development. Perfect for players looking to get ready for the upcoming Tri-County or School Basketball seasons. Sign up for one, two or all 3 sessions today. To sign up please print out the attached registration form and mail it in today. Sessions are set for Saturday September 11th & 18th, plus October 2nd, 2010. Coach Murphy is looking forward to working with all of you this fall.
